Belvedere Road, London

Occupying the eighth floor of Belvedere Gardens, this three bedroom, three bathroom apartment extends to approximately 1,589 sq ft (147.67 sq m) and is arranged entirely on one level, with the principal rooms lined along the western elevation to capture the light and the long balcony.

Belvedere Gardens is widely regarded as the standout address within Southbank Place, the Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar regeneration of the former Shell Centre site, and it enjoys a rare position set back from the river between Belvedere Road and the landscaped gardens from which it takes its name.

The heart of the apartment is an expansive open plan kitchen, reception and dining room, with windows to two aspects, ceiling heights of around 2.7 metres and a flexible footprint that comfortably zones into distinct sitting and dining areas.

The kitchen is neatly contained to one side with a central island, and a separate utility room is tucked discreetly off the entrance hall.

The principal bedroom suite sits at the quieter end of the plan and comprises a generous double bedroom, a walk-through dressing room and a luxurious ensuite with both a bath and a walk-in shower, with direct access onto the balcony.

The second bedroom, a long and well proportioned double, also opens onto the balcony, which runs more than six metres in length and is ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The third bedroom, positioned at the opposite end of the apartment for added privacy, benefits from its own ensuite bathroom, while a guest shower room off the hall serves the remainder of the home.

Comfort cooling, underfloor heating and plentiful storage complete the specification.

Residents of Belvedere Gardens enjoy a private lounge and bar, a residents' terrace, a screening room and an in-house gym and spa, together with access to the wider Southbank Place leisure facilities at Casson Square, which include a 25 metre swimming pool, fitness studios and treatment rooms.

A 24 hour concierge and on-site security are provided throughout the estate.

Waterloo Station is a short walk away, offering the Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo and Waterloo & City lines alongside National Rail services to the south west, while Westminster and Embankment are both within easy reach across the river.

The cultural riches of the South Bank are quite literally around the corner, from the Southbank Centre, Royal Festival Hall, bfi and National Theatre to the Old Vic, with Borough Market, the West End and the City all comfortably accessible on foot or by a short journey.
