Oakhurst, Courtlands, Sharpthorne, RH19 4JF

Property Ref: 17333 Courtlands is a rare and impressive three, four-bedroom ground-floor apartment, set within an elegant former country house and enjoying beautiful southerly views towards the South Downs.

The property offers exceptionally spacious and well-proportioned accommodation, with a particular highlight being the magnificent principal reception room, originally the drawing room of the country house and retaining much of its original grandeur and character.

With its generous proportions and ground-floor position, Oakhurst is particularly well suited to those looking to down size from a larger country property without sacrificing space, character or a sense of quality.

Residents also enjoy attractive communal gardens and grounds, with gardening and general maintenance shared, providing the benefits of a country setting without the day-to-day responsibility of maintaining a large property.

Situated on the outskirts of the sought-after village of Sharpthorne, the apartment combines peaceful rural living with excellent accessibility.

East Grinstead and Haywards Heath are approximately 10-15 minutes away, offering shopping, restaurants and mainline rail services to London, while Gatwick Airport is around 30 minutes away.
