Hill Top Farm Barns, Shifnal, TF11 8PF

Plot 3A - A stunning three-bedroom barn conversion, meticulously transformed from a derelict structure into an exceptional contemporary home.

Hill Top Farm Barns occupies a peaceful rural position off Stanton Road, approached via an existing driveway and set back from the road behind pasture and established hedging.

The barn sits within the historic farmstead of Hill Top Farm Barn, with woodland rising to the west and an attractive group of traditional former agricultural buildings positioned to the north, giving the property a strong sense of place and a clear connection to its agricultural and equine past.

The vision for Hill Top Farm Barns is to bring the existing Farm House and surrounding former agricultural buildings back into meaningful residential use.

Bramble Developments Limited has acquired the Farm House and adjoining buildings and will be renovating the existing dwelling and creating a sympathetic, residential scheme across the wider former farmstead.

Two outlying former farm buildings are already progressing well for conversion into three dwellings, with planning permission now granted for a further six courtyard barns.

Bramble Developments is a team of skilled builders based in the Shropshire countryside, specialising in the restoration and conversion of barns and historic buildings.

Passionate about preserving traditional architecture, we transform character properties into beautiful modern living spaces while retaining their unique heritage and charm.

Through quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, we create homes that honour the past and are built for the future.

The development has proved extremely popular, with several homes reserved before the official marketing launch.

As a result, opportunities are now limited, with only 4 of the 10 properties remaining available. The garages are not included within the guide price and are available by separate negotiation.

The overall approach is one of sensitive enhancement rather than overdevelopment.

Materials such as matching red brick, plain tile, oak framing and dark-stained timber boarding will be used to complement the existing cottage and the surrounding barn architecture.

The result will be a refurbished and extended country home that preserves the agricultural character of the site while providing the proportions, layout and comfort expected of a modern family residence.
