Paintworks, Arnos Vale, Bristol, BS4 3AS

This exceptional penthouse apartment offers stunning views from every window, an incredible rooftop terrace, and spacious accommodation arranged over two floors.

Complete with two allocated parking spaces, this is a truly impressive home that must be viewed.

Overview One of only seven penthouse apartments in Phase 3 of Paintworks, this exceptional home benefits from a large roof terrace and is arguably one of just three apartments with this highly sought-after aspect and breathtaking view — one of its standout selling points.

While the apartment itself is beautifully presented, the panoramic outlook is truly awe-inspiring.

Set across the top two floors, the property features an upside-down layout designed to maximise the living space and views.

Entry is on the fifth floor, opening into a superb open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with parquet flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully integrated kitchen, and doors leading directly onto the roof terrace.

A central staircase connects the two levels.

On the lower floor are two generous double bedrooms, including a spacious principal bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, storage cupboard, and an en-suite shower room.

Also on this level is the main bathroom, along with a second entrance/exit onto the fourth-floor landing.

Outside There is a huge 37m² rooftop terrace located on the fifth floor, accessed directly from the open-plan living area.

With a west-facing aspect and open on three sides, this terrace is a sun trap, perfectly positioned to enjoy spectacular sunsets over Bristol.

Finished with decking and glass balustrades, the space is low maintenance and, most strikingly, offers one of the finest views in the city, incorporating the iconic Bristol skyline, Arnos Vale Cemetery woodlands, and the River Avon.

Outside the apartment, there is a communal outdoor space, perfect for socialising with neighbours.

This penthouse also benefits from two allocated parking spaces and access to a bike store located within the secure fob-accessible underground car park, which extends beneath the development.

Location Paintworks is one of Bristol’s creative hubs, just a short walk or cycle from the city centre.

Known for its traffic-free streets that weave throughout the development, it offers a peaceful setting with a vibrant community atmosphere.

Within the woodland surroundings of Arnos Vale Cemetery, residents can enjoy scenic walks and the much-loved café, making it a favourite local retreat.
