149, Alex Wood Road, Cambridge, CB4 2EJ

A 2-bedroom staggered terrace with parking, a good-sized south-west facing garden and no chain, situated in a popular location. The accommodation is spacious and includes two double bedrooms.

The house does require some updating, but has double glazing, gas central heating and is perfect for first-time buyers or those wanting well-proportioned rooms and scope to improve.

There is a hallway with useful understairs storage. The living room overlooks the rear garden.

There is a separate dining room at the front of the house, and it opens to the kitchen, which has fitted cupboards and space for appliances and a door to the garden.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with built-in cupboards. It may also be possible to create three-bedroom accommodation by dividing bedroom one.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, basin and WC. At the front there is a paved area providing off-road parking.

A covered side passageway leads to the rear garden, which is a good size, mainly lawn and enclosed; there is a useful brick storage shed. What3words: ///outfit.stray.storms
