Buyers purchase an initial share of between 10% and 75%, with the price calculated from the property's full market value.

Buyers will generally pay rent on the remaining share owned by the housing provider, in addition to any applicable service charges.

The exact rent, service charges, mortgage requirements and scheme conditions should be confirmed before proceeding.

Important Information for Buyers bcha operates a first-come, first-served nomination process.

Interested buyers must Complete bcha's application form and submit it to Censeo, the mortgage company, before undertaking the affordability assessment.

Censeo records the relevant completion dates and times, which bcha uses to determine nominations. The precise allocation procedure is subject to final confirmation.

There is no Chinkwell show home available to view on site.

Marketing information will therefore include computer-generated images (CGIs) and floor plans to help buyers understand the property's proposed layout and design.

The carpets are being provided by bcha as a gift rather than as a standard housing association inclusion, so they fall outside the usual defects and repairs process.
