Starting Bid £225,000 A three-storey mid-terrace property featuring a two-bedroom split-level flat above, flexible ground and basement level space, private rear garden with gated access, and independent front access to the lower ground—positioned on Marsham Street near central Maidstone.

In need of refurbishment. No chain.

Ben Siggins Estate Agents are delighted to present this three-storey mid-terrace property in a prime Maidstone location, offering a rare combination of residential and former commercial space.

The upper floors are arranged as a well-proportioned two-bedroom split-level apartment, while the ground and lower ground levels provide flexible accommodation previously used for community purposes, offering excellent potential for repurposing or redevelopment (subject to the necessary consents).

The property is accessed via a shared entrance leading to a front reception area, with a rear utility space, WC, and direct access to a private garden.

Stairs connect to the lower ground floor, which offers two rooms with additional access directly from the street.

The upper maisonette benefits from a traditional layout with a lounge, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor, and two good-sized bedrooms—one front-facing and one to the rear—on the top floor.

Situated on Marsham Street, close to the junction with Wyatt Street, the property is surrounded by a blend of period homes and modern apartment developments.

Maidstone town centre is just a short walk away, providing an excellent selection of amenities, schools, and transport links.

Rail connections include London Victoria in approximately 55 minutes, London Bridge in 50 minutes, and Ashford International in 30 minutes.

Although there is no off-street parking, the location remains ideal for both residents and investors due to its accessibility and potential.
