7 Greenlands, Chester, CH3 9QX

Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman Greenlands is a prime address within the village being within walking distance of the village centre and primary school.

The properties tend to be enjoyed with long term ownership meaning they can be a rare offering to market.

This property is being brought to market with no onwards chain and whilst in need of renovation provides a very exciting opportunity to the new owners.

Further details will follow but the internal layout on the ground floor consists of an entrance porch leading to the main living room at the front of the property, there is then a central inner hall which connects to the dining kitchen with adjoining conservatory, main bathroom and ground floor bedroom offering additional reception space if required.

The first floor houses two bedrooms – both of double size – and a toilet. Externally, in addition to the front garden is a West facing side garden and South facing rear garden.

The driveway offers off road parking for circa 3 cars whilst the garage provides good storage space following the rear half being previously converted for the kitchen.

For a personal description of the property or to book a viewing please contact the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
