Seacroft is an urban township approximately four miles from the centre of Leeds and close to the A64, Leeds ring road, it provides ideal access and travelling further afield.

There are several schools nearby, Seacroft Green shopping centre and ample bus routes to neighbouring areas.

The site consists of a large, detached building (the former club) with a detached house to the rear. Both properties have been vandalised and are now boarded up.

Set on a plot of approximately 1.54 acres (not measured), the site is to be sold on two titles, we are informed the car park to the side of the main building has a covenant on and cannot be developed.

Please refer to the legal pack for further information.

The remainder of the site offers the potential to demolish and redevelop or convert the existing buildings, all subject to necessary consents being granted.

We have not accessed either property and all information provided is for guidance purposes only. As both properties are boarded up, no access or viewings are available.

We are not aware of any planning applications made on the properties and the site is being sold with no planning permissions in place.

All interested parties should contact the local planning department to ascertain what options are available for redevelopment prior to bidding.
