We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Ebenezer House is a unique and characterful former Chapel, beautifully positioned to enjoy far-reaching views of the Welsh mountains and standing in approximately one acre of gardens.
The accommodation begins with an entrance porch leading into a welcoming entrance hall, providing access to the kitchen and the impressive living/dining room.
A ladder leads from the hall to a mezzanine level, with further access to the attic space, offering excellent potential for conversion into additional living accommodation (subject to any necessary consents). The living/dining room is a generous and light-filled space, featuring picture windows that frame the surrounding countryside and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting focal point.
The kitchen, while not yet renovated, offers substantial scope for a purchaser to create a bespoke space tailored to their own taste and requirements.
There are four fully renovated bedrooms, finished to a high standard.
The principal bedroom benefits from a walk-in wardrobe and a stylish en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom enjoys direct access to the 'conversion ready' large loft space, offering further potential to connect the two loft spaces.
The family bathroom is fitted with a contemporary four-piece suite, complementing the tasteful refurbishment throughout the home.
