Castle Drive, BN24 6JU

masonbryant is delighted to present a spacious and versatile two/three-bedroom detached chalet bungalow to the market.

Ideally situated in a highly sought-after location, the property is within easy reach of the village of Pevensey Bay, the beach, local amenities, and transport links.

Offering generous accommodation throughout, this property is being offered for sale for the first time since it was built, having remained in the same family for decades.

Set within a substantial plot that previously held (now lapsed) planning permission for an additional dwelling in the 1960s, the property offers significant potential.
