T&c's apply* Welcome to The Buttercups, Coaley, a prestigious new community of just 17 high-quality, elegant three and four-bedroom homes set in a semi-rural setting.

Living in Coaley, Gloucestershire offers the perfect blend of tranquil Cotswold countryside and strong village scale amenities that foster a close knit, active community.

The village is home to Coaley CofE Primary Academy, a well regarded local school, and St Bartholomew’s Church, anchoring the community with historic character.

Right by the heart of the village lies the Coaley Community Shop, run by volunteers, providing groceries, local produce, household essentials and even a cosy coffee corner-perfect for meeting neighbours over a cake and tea.

The Old Fox pub, a 300 year old stonebuilt gem and winner of the Cotswold Life Pub of the Year, serves hearty local fare, welcomes dogs and walkers, and feels like the living room of the village.

The Village Hall & Community Hub, located adjacent to the church and shop, hosts a wide range of clubs and societies.

It also offers halls for private events, a stage, kitchen/bar, WiFi, audiovisual gear, tennis courts, and a sports pitch with children’s playgrounds.

Nature lovers are spoilt for choice: Coaley Peak is a stunning nature reserve with wildflower meadows, sweeping views over the Severn Vale to the Forest of Dean, ancient Neolithic sites such as Nympsfield Long Barrow, and walking trails along the Cotswold Way-all free to access and dog friendly.

Transport is convenient too: Cam & Dursley railway station lies just over a mile away, offering regular trains to Bristol and Gloucester and making Coaley a surprisingly accessible spot for commuters.

In short, Coaley delivers peaceful rural living with essential amenities, a warm community atmosphere, excellent outdoor offerings, and easy access to larger towns-making it a highly desirable place to call home.
