We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Pottery Bank is an exciting collection of two and three-bedroom homes available for Shared Ownership through Newcastle City Council, in a popular area of Walker.
Ideally located, the development combines contemporary design with excellent local amenities and convenient transport links, making it a great place to call home.
Whether you're taking your first step onto the property ladder, looking for more space for a growing family, or hoping to downsize without compromising on quality, Pottery Bank offers a range of stylish, modern homes to suit every stage of life.
Steeped in history, the development stands on the former site of St Anthony's Pottery, once one of Tyneside's largest pottery works.
