9, Glengariff Road, Lower Parkstone, BH14 9LQ

Set behind a gated approach on one of the area’s most sought-after roads, this striking contemporary four-bedroom detached home offers an exceptional blend of architectural design, space, and privacy, just moments from Parkstone Golf Club, highly regarded schools, and the open waters of Poole Harbour.

The property is approached via secure gates, opening to a generous frontage with elevated borders, a turning area and plentiful parking for numerous vehicles, creating an immediate sense of arrival and privacy.

The ground floor is centred around an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

Full-width glazing spans the rear elevation, framing the beautifully landscaped garden and creating a seamless connection between inside and out.

A utility room is positioned just off the kitchen, providing additional practicality and direct access to the outside.

A cloakroom/WC and internal access to the double garage (complete with an electric door) further enhance the functionality of this level.

A low-rise feature oak staircase with a sleek glass balustrade leads to the first floor, where a generous formal living room opens onto a full-width external terrace with tree top views, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

This level complements the flow of the property as it maintains a visual and spatial connection with the ground floor living accommodation.

Also on this floor are two generous double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with distinctive architectural features.

One benefits from a striking full drop corner window, while the other enjoys a cathedral-style feature window.

Both bedrooms include fitted and built-in wardrobes and share a luxurious, well-appointed bathroom.

It should be noted that the staircase that gently rises to all levels is a standout feature of the property, as is the vaulted ceiling and feature windows which flood the space with natural light.

A further set of low-rise stairs leads to the top floor, where two additional double bedrooms offer impressive, vaulted ceilings, excellent storage and contemporary en-suite bathrooms, creating ideal private retreats.

Externally, gated side access leads to a beautifully landscaped rear garden.

A patio stretches across the rear of the house and can be directly accessed from the kitchen, dining, and living space - perfect for indoor-outdoor living.

The garden is predominantly laid to lawn, bordered by mature evergreen planting that provides a private and tranquil backdrop.

Sunlight moves around the garden throughout the day, enhancing the sense of peace and seclusion.

The home is equipped with an air circulation system that regulates airflow and temperature, alongside underfloor heating with zoned thermostatic controls, ensuring comfort and efficiency throughout.

In our opinion, this property would suit a wide range of buyers.

It is ideal for those looking to relocate to the South Coast without compromising on quality or space, thanks to its highly accessible layout and gentle staircase design.

Equally, it offers an excellent solution for family buyers, with a layout that allows all members to enjoy both shared living spaces and private retreats.
