Cherry Tree Row, 39 The Droveway, Hove, BN3 6LE

Show Home Available To View Tucked away within an exclusive gated setting just moments from Hove Park, Cherry Tree Row at Hove Dairy presents a rare collection of nine beautifully crafted three bedroom townhouses.

Designed for modern, lifestyle-led living, each home blends thoughtful architecture with elegant interiors, also creating a turnkey opportunity in one of Hove’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

Set back from The Droveway, this highly anticipated second phase introduces a striking yet sympathetic addition to the evolving Hove Dairy development.

A carefully designed entrance courtyard welcomes residents into a private enclave where landscaping and considered design set the tone for what lies beyond.

Each townhouse is arranged over three spacious levels, offering a seamless balance of form and function.

At the heart of every home lies a contemporary living space, complemented by bespoke kitchens sourced from trusted Sussex suppliers.

These are finished with quartz worktops, a full suite of NEFF appliances, and a Quooker Fusion boiling tap, perfectly suited to modern living and entertaining alike.

Upstairs, the homes continue to impress with spacious, light-filled bedrooms and bathrooms, culminating in a dedicated principal bedroom suite occupying the top floor.

This private sanctuary opens onto a south-facing roof terrace, offering a peaceful retreat with elevated views over Hove and an abundance of natural light. Attention to detail is evident throughout.

Engineered wooden flooring runs through the ground floor, enhanced by underfloor heating for year-round comfort, while full-height fitted wardrobes provide both practicality and elegance.

Bathrooms are finished to a high standard, featuring contemporary vanity units and beautifully selected Spanish ceramic tiling.

Externally, each home benefits from its own private terrace and courtyard garden, which is ideal for alfresco dining or quiet relaxation.

Striking exteriors are complemented by high-performance Rationel double-glazed doors and windows, ensuring both style and efficiency.

Sustainability and convenience are seamlessly integrated, with each property equipped with an individual air source heat pump and practical ground floor utility spaces.

With internal areas starting from approximately 144m² (1550 sq ft), these homes offer generous proportions without compromise.

Every home at Hove Dairy is sold with a 10-year new build warranty, providing complete peace of mind and further benefits from an allocated parking space and access to secure cycle storage.

Cherry Tree Row is more than a collection of houses; it is a carefully curated living experience where heritage, design, and lifestyle come together effortlessly.

A Heritage Reimagined Hove Dairy’s story stretches back to the 19th century, when it was originally known as Hills Barn, forming part of a working dairy farm in the 1870s.

Over time, it evolved alongside the surrounding area—becoming part of Preston Farm in 1911 before transforming into Holes Dairy in the 1920s, serving the local community for decades.

Its legacy continued into the late 20th century under the ownership of Unigate, followed by Dairy Crest, firmly cementing its place within Hove’s rich agricultural and industrial heritage.

Today, this historic site has been thoughtfully reimagined through the conversion of Hills Barn (Phase One).

The redevelopment pays homage to its past, carefully preserving and celebrating original features such as exposed beams, traditional brickwork, and distinctive flint detailing.

These elements have been seamlessly woven into contemporary interiors, creating homes that feel both authentic and refined.

Cherry Tree Row, however, completes the residential side of the site with nine new houses set behind the retained buildings.

The result is a unique living environment and one that honours its origins while embracing modern design and comfort. At Hove Dairy, history is not simply remembered; it is lived in.

Perfectly Positioned in Hove Ideally located between the green open spaces of Hove Park and the connectivity of Hove & Preston Park Stations, Hove Dairy offers the best of both worlds, tranquillity and convenience.

Hove Park, just moments from your door, spans nearly 40 acres and provides an exceptional setting for outdoor living.

Whether it’s morning runs, weekend Park Runs, or relaxed afternoon strolls, the park caters to every pace of life.

With tennis courts, football pitches, outdoor gym equipment, and even a charming miniature railway, it is a true community hub.

More peaceful corners reveal wildflower areas, a butterfly bank, and the historic Goldstone, adding to the park’s unique character.

For commuters, both Preston Park and Hove Station are within easy reach, offering direct services to London in just over an hour, making this an ideal location for city professionals seeking a coastal lifestyle.

Everyday essentials are effortlessly accessible, with a Tesco Express just moments away and a Waitrose within a short walk.

The vibrant café culture is reflected within the development itself, with independent businesses including Flint Coffee and Zone4Hove, a fully equipped fitness and wellness space, enhancing the sense of community.

Beyond this, Hove’s renowned Church Road offers an array of boutique shops, restaurants, and cafés, while nearby George Street provides a charming, village-like high street experience.

From artisan coffee to award-winning dining, the area is rich in character and choice.
