Main Road, Nottingham

Set within the heart of the highly sought-after village of Plumtree, Thomas House and Edson House comprise two exceptional five-bedroom, architect-designed homes, individually crafted by Gilbert and Hall Developments, a long-established and award-winning local developer.

Benifitting from 10 year structual warranty and an EPC rating of A (98/100).

Thoughtfully designed to combine traditional architectural character with contemporary living, each home has been created to an exceptional specification, incorporating premium materials, bespoke detailing, sophisticated technology and energy-efficient systems throughout.

Externally, handmade brickwork, contemporary roofing and high-specification aluminium windows create an attractive architectural aesthetic, while expansive bi-fold doors provide a seamless connection between the principal living spaces and the professionally landscaped gardens, complete with stylish terraces.

A bespoke interior designed for modern living At the heart of each home is an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, creating a natural focal point for family life and entertaining.

The bespoke German Hacker kitchens are beautifully appointed with light hardstanding worktops and a comprehensive range of integrated appliances.

The specification extends well beyond the expected, with Wi-Fi enabled appliances including ovens, microwaves and integrated coffee machines, allowing key kitchen functions to be conveniently controlled and connected.

Further appliances include a Quooker boiling water tap, with filtered and sparkling water feature, Bora induction hob and integrated wine chiller, creating a kitchen that combines sophisticated design with genuinely practical technology.

Across the homes, bespoke lighting schemes have been carefully incorporated into different areas, adding an architectural quality to the interiors while allowing individual spaces to be subtly adapted for different moods and occasions.

Further reception space is provided by a separate lounge, complete with log burner, together with a versatile snug.

The attention to detail continues through to the generous garages, which feature plastered walls and tiled floors.

Five double bedrooms & exceptional principal suite The first floor provides five well-proportioned double bedrooms, offering excellent accommodation for modern family living and visiting guests.

The principal suite provides a particularly impressive private retreat, incorporating a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a fully fitted bespoke dressing area, creating a dedicated space for both storage and preparation.

The second bedroom also benefits from its own dressing area and en-suite facilities, while a further bedroom is served by an additional en-suite shower room.

A beautifully appointed family bathroom completes the first-floor accommodation.

Adding a further touch of luxury, the principal bedroom enjoys access to its own private balcony, providing an elevated outlook over the surrounding setting.

Energy efficiency & technology Sustainability has been carefully considered throughout the design.

Both homes incorporate solar panels, battery storage, air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points, combining reduced environmental impact with lower ongoing energy consumption.

With an impressive EPC rating of A (98), these homes have been designed to deliver exceptional energy efficiency without compromising on comfort or luxury.

The village Plumtree offers an enviable combination of picturesque village living and excellent accessibility.

Surrounded by open countryside yet positioned just approximately six miles from Nottingham and four miles from West Bridgford, the village is ideally placed for both city and country life.

The area is particularly well regarded for its selection of highly regarded schools, including independent preparatory and senior schools, together with excellent road and transport connections.

Local amenities include the popular Griffin Inn and Perkins Bar & Bistro, alongside the village community centre, church and the renowned Plumtree Cricket Club, which sits immediately adjacent to the development.
