Orchard House, Portsmouth Road, Milford, GU8 5DR

This remarkable property effectively offers two homes on a single plot. Originally an old stable block fronting Chapel Lane, purchased by our client over 30 years ago.

It was later adapted to accommodate two multi- generational families. Planning permission to create a separate yet connected three-bedroom residence was granted around 2005.

The extension provides three double bedrooms, an en-suite shower-room and family bathroom on the first floor, while the ground level enjoys a fabulous kitchen/dining room, utility area and cloakroom, an elegant sitting room and separate study.

A central hallway houses the staircase to the upper floor and also gives access to the original house.

Within this part of the home there is another lovely sitting room, a study, downstairs cloakroom and a country kitchen/dining room with Chalon units.

Upstairs offers two further double bedrooms and a main bathroom. Outside there is a lawned garden but also a private courtyard for the original house.

Parking is provided off road for two cars on a gravel driveway with a gate leading directly into the garden. There is street parking for the original house on Chapel Lane.
