Description Edbury Farm is an attractive unlisted period farmhouse which has been lovingly cared for by the current owners.

Mainly constructed of local stone under a slate roof, the house offers light and airy accommodation with generously sized reception rooms.

The farmhouse kitchen/breakfast room is a particular feature with French doors opening onto the gardens and the conservatory.

The kitchen is finished to a high standard with built in appliances and an oil-fired range cooker. The sitting room has a large inglenook fireplace with wood burner and woodblock flooring.

Both the sitting room and dining room have doors opening to the front creating a lovely feeling of light and space, particularly as the farmhouse faces south.

The ground floor also benefits from a family shower room and seperate utility. Stairs rise to the first floor landing, giving access to all south-facing berdooms and the family bathroom.

Outside The farmhouse overlooks its mature gardens with a seating area to the front of the house by the kitchen doors.

The gardens which are stocked with a variety of mature shrubs meander towards a large pond overlooked by a well-positioned Summer House.

Edbury Cottage Enjoying a slightly elevated position just above the driveway, the cottage is a single storey, self-contained property which is very well presented.

This versatile property has been used for both long term and holiday letting in the past. It makes great accommodation for extended family and is a good distance from the main house.
