Despite its peaceful surroundings, Usk remains exceptionally well connected.

The nearby road links provide straightforward access to Newport, Cardiff, Bristol and the wider motorway network, making the area popular with commuters seeking a more rural lifestyle whilst retaining excellent transport connections.

For families, the area is particularly appealing thanks to the highly regarded local schooling.

Usk Church in Wales Primary School enjoys an excellent reputation locally, whilst secondary education is served by the well respected Monmouth Comprehensive School together with the ever popular Haberdashers.

The combination of excellent schools, great surroundings and strong community spirit makes Usk an outstanding location for family living.

The nearby cricket club, overlooked by the property, further enhances the sense of community and openess surrounding the home.

There is something particularly special about the outlook across the grounds, especially during the summer months, adding to the charm and character of the setting.
