An excellent opportunity to acquire a spacious three-bedroom property situated in the popular and well-established residential area of Birtley.

The property offers approximately 70 sq m of accommodation and represents an attractive proposition for investors, landlords or buyers looking for a refurbishment project.

The accommodation is arranged predominantly over the first floor and comprises a generous living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom. Externally, there is a private enclosed rear yard.

The property benefits from gas central heating and double glazing, while retaining a number of traditional features including stripped internal doors and decorative ceiling details.

This provides scope for a purchaser to improve the accommodation and add value.

The location also provides good access to the A1(M), making it well placed for commuting towards Newcastle, Gateshead, Durham and surrounding areas.
