We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
This two bedroom terraced holiday home is situated on this established and well run woodland site, on the outskirts of St. Ives and within easy access to Hayle, St. Ives and the sandy beaches. St.
Ives Holiday Village has always been one of John Fowlers more popular locations with facilities including a bar, restaurant and indoor pool with plans in the coming years to install a 9-hole golf course.
The property has been modernised and improved by the current owners with the installation of a new kitchen, new bathroom and feature wood panelling and is very well presented with the accommodation comprising two double bedrooms, bathroom and lovely open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
Outside there is gravelled area to the front with views over the green, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the charming wooded setting.
The property has been run as a successful holiday let and could be sold as a going concern or used as a second home for family and friends.
A great benefit is that this property has the benefit of 12 month accessibility and is only one of a few that have this in the lease. A viewing is advised to appreciate.
