Danforth Way, Ringmer, Lewes, BN8 5GF

This stunning, 3 bedroom detached family home, which having only recently completed as a new build, offers all the benefits that one would expect from a New Home, but with that personal touch that has now added.

There is a real sense of space and light, as well as wonderful design to make this the very best of new homes.

The entrance porch is large and spacious and has an under stair cupboard as well as a downstairs cloakroom.

The kitchen and dining room are open plan which provides both space and light for the family and friends to gather and there are double doors leading into the garden.

The kitchen has all the equipment you would expect of a modern new build kitchen, with virtually none of it having been used. There is a separate sitting room with bay window at the front.

On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, with the main bedroom having en suite shower and wc and a modern family bathroom as well.

To the side of the house is a driveway with parking for a couple of cars, this leads to an attached garage, which also has a door to the back garden.

The rear garden has a small patio, close boarded fencing and lawn. Ringmer Village is a sought after place to live for many reasons.

It is just outside the County Town of Lewes and offers far more space for families to live and work without the cramped feel sometimes experienced in Town.

It is the perfect balance between work and home life.

The cricket club play on The Green most weekends in the Summer months and the newly developed County League Football Club are now at their new home during the Winter.

There is a great bowls club, Library, Surgery and a vibrant parade of shops with a Bakers, Butchers, General Store, Cafe, Fish and Chip shop whom serve the local community.

Lewes has a wider range of shops, bars and cafes as well as Waitrose and Tesco and a small retail industrial estate.

There is a mainline railway station with regular services to London Victoria in about 1 hour away, with Brighton being about 20 minute away.
