Set within the impressive converted former convent at St Clares, Pantasaph, this exceptional three-storey town house offers a wonderful combination of historic character, elegant architecture and contemporary living.

Presented to an outstanding, show-home standard, the current owners have carefully upgraded and dressed the property throughout, creating an immaculate home that is ready to move straight into.

From the moment you arrive, there is a real sense of quality, with high coved ceilings, beautiful panelled walls and elegant arched windows combining to create a home that feels both grand and welcoming.

The property is approached through an impressive communal entrance, with the historic character of the building immediately setting the tone.

The accommodation has been thoughtfully arranged over three floors, offering generous living space alongside well-proportioned bedrooms and beautifully appointed bathrooms.

There is a lovely sense of space throughout, with natural light enhancing the character of the original architecture and the more contemporary finishes introduced by the current owners.

The ground floor opens into an impressive entrance hall, where a striking curved staircase creates an attractive focal point.

There is also a useful downstairs W/C and a separate laundry room, adding practicality to the home's elegant presentation.

The heart of the property is undoubtedly the open-plan kitchen and family room, a wonderful space for everyday living, entertaining friends or simply relaxing at home.

The kitchen has been fitted with walnut butcher-block worktops, soft-close units and a range of integrated appliances, including double electric and combination ovens, an induction hob and dishwasher.

There is also space for an American-style fridge freezer. The finish is both attractive and functional, with the kitchen flowing naturally into the adjoining living area.

One of the real highlights of this room is the connection to the outside, with double-glazed patio doors opening directly onto a south-facing sun terrace.

This is a particularly lovely feature of the home, offering a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee, dine outdoors or make the most of the sunshine throughout the day.

The terrace is grand in its proportions and creates an impressive approach to the property, meaning it could easily become your preferred entrance when returning home.

Combined with the beautiful communal grounds and courtyards, it adds another dimension to the property and makes the most of its distinctive setting.

The first floor continues to impress, with two generous double bedrooms, both enjoying the character of the building through their elegant arched windows and wooden shutters.

One of the bedrooms benefits from its own en-suite, providing a welcome degree of privacy and convenience.

The floor is completed by a luxurious four-piece family bathroom, beautifully appointed with a bath and separate rain shower, offering a comfortable space in which to unwind at the end of the day.

Occupying the entire second floor, the principal bedroom provides a wonderful private retreat.

Bathed in natural light from Velux windows to both the front and rear, the room has a lovely sense of space and features built-in wardrobes along with a modern en-suite shower room.

Its position on the top floor gives it a distinct sense of privacy, making it an ideal main bedroom away from the other accommodation.

Externally, the property enjoys access to beautifully maintained communal grounds, including landscaped front and rear courtyards that complement the historic surroundings.

The combination of established architecture, attractive communal spaces and the carefully presented exterior creates a setting that feels quite different from a conventional town house development.

Conveniently, access to the basement is located just outside the front door, making it easy to reach both the parking and storage facilities.
