3, Centurion Place, Esher

A brand new three bedroom townhouse in a prime Esher location, by award-winning Runnymede Homes.

Description On the ground floor of No.3 Centurion Place you will find open plan living, kitchen and dining space with two sets of double doors opening on to the garden, along with a separate utility room.

Each of the 3 bedrooms boast en-suites and fitted wardrobes. Externally the home benefits from parking for two cars and a private garden.

Welcome to Centurion Place, an exceptional new development set within a highly desirable residential area, minutes from the centre of Esher.

A peaceful cul-de-sac location of just six new homes is set back from an exclusive private road, which runs along the boundary of Esher Cricket Club’s grounds.

Each 3-storey home features an appealing balance of open-plan and traditionally designed accommodation.

A fabulous, highly specified kitchen blends perfectly with a dining area to access a terrace and private garden for afternoon and evening sunshine.

All bedrooms enjoy stylish fitted wardrobes and both the principal suite and second bedroom have en suites.

Each 3-bedroom home includes eaves storage, whilst number five and six benefit from a large loft, excellent for storage.

Please note the exterior front shot is a photo of the development but the internal images are from a previous show home by Runnymede Homes in another development.

Location Centurion Place enjoys an idyllic location along New Road, approximately half-a-mile equidistant from Esher High Street and Sandown Race Course.

However, whilst the hustle and bustle is just minutes away, this highly sought-after residential area feels particularly peaceful, given its leafy setting, on the edge of beautifully maintained cricket grounds, bounded by picket fence and rows of mature trees.

Esher High Street has an extensive selection of places to eat and drink, along with a Waitrose supermarket and Everyman cinema.

Nearby Kingston-upon-Thames provides an even greater array of shopping outlets and eateries.

Green space and places of interest are in abundance, including National Trust Claremont Gardens and Hampton Court Palace, both close by.

For commuter convenience regular trains from Esher railway station to London Waterloo take around 25-30 minutes.

There are also good road links, with the nearby A3 connecting to central London, the M25 and wider motorway network beyond.
