Starfish is a wonderful example of a traditional beachside retreat, tucked away within the magical setting of Gwithian Towans, one of Cornwall’s most iconic coastal locations.

Opportunities to own a piece of paradise here are incredibly limited, with the Towans offering a spectacular backdrop of rolling sand dunes, rugged coastline and protected nature reserve stretching along the breathtaking shoreline of St Ives Bay.

Famed worldwide for its surfing, watersports and laid-back coastal lifestyle, Gwithian is a place where people come to truly switch off and experience the magic of West Cornwall.

Vast sandy beaches, Atlantic swells, low tide rock pools and unforgettable sunsets all combine to create a setting that feels beautifully unspoilt.

We particularly love Starfish’s position, being the very last chalet at the head of a private road, surrounded by dunes and enjoying an exceptional sense of peace, privacy and escape.

The property has proved to be a highly successful Airbnb, whilst equally lending itself perfectly as a private coastal getaway.

Internally there are two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a conservatory, all enjoying lovely views across the surrounding landscape.

Externally the grounds are level, natural and wonderfully private, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and take in the stunning sunsets.

Nearby Hayle offers excellent shopping and amenities, whilst the A30 provides easy access across Cornwall towards Penzance and St Ives.

Mainline railway stations can be found at Hayle, St Erth and Penzance. A truly rare chance to secure an authentic slice of the Cornish coast in one of its most sought after beachside settings.
