Quadrant, Apartment 3, 6, North Road, Hale, WA15 0NS

Exclusive architect-designed luxury apartment in a private, gated setting.

Description The Quadrant presents a rare opportunity to live in one of just four exceptional apartments within a bold and meticulously conceived modern development, designed by the award-winning architectural practice Stephenson Hamilton Risley.

This particular residence is distinguished by its expansive and intelligently arranged lateral layout, extending to approximately 2,530 sq ft including garage and external areas.

At its heart lies an impressive open-plan living kitchen and dining space, spanning over 50 ft in width, creating a remarkable sense of volume and flow.

This principal living area is designed for both everyday living and entertaining, with a large central island and clearly defined zones, all opening directly onto a generous private terrace.

The seamless connection between internal and external space enhances the overall feeling of light and openness, particularly given the development’s favourable south-facing orientation.

The apartment offers three substantial double bedrooms, each thoughtfully positioned to maximise privacy.

The principal bedroom suite is complemented by a dedicated dressing area and a well-appointed en suite.

A second bedroom also benefits from its own en suite, while the third bedroom is served by a separate shower room, creating a flexible arrangement suited to both family living and guests.

Two of the bedrooms enjoy direct access to private balconies, providing additional outdoor space and reinforcing the emphasis on light and outlook.

Further practical accommodation is provided in the form of a separate utility room and additional storage, while lift access ensures ease of movement within the building.

Externally, the apartment benefits from its own private terrace as well as balcony spaces, offering a variety of outdoor settings for relaxation and entertaining.

In addition, there is a secure garage space along with further allocated parking within the development.

Set within the South Hale Conservation Area and approached via a discreet private driveway, The Quadrant combines architectural distinction with a high degree of privacy and security.

Access is via electric vehicle and pedestrian gates with intercom entry, leading to a landscaped forecourt and communal grounds.

The building itself has been carefully designed to maximise natural light and outlook, with its L-shaped form and considered positioning allowing each apartment to enjoy a sense of seclusion.

Full-height glazing with Reynaers aluminium framing enhances the connection to the surrounding landscape, while the material palette of textured render and charcoal brickwork delivers a refined, contemporary aesthetic.

The result is a highly individual apartment that combines scale, design integrity, and privacy, set within one of Hale’s most sought-after residential settings.
