Mayfield Road, Walthamstow, E17 5RH

A bright and well proportioned end of terrace house with large patio garden, available for immediate long let close to Blackhorse Lane and Walthamstow Wetlands, E17.

Ideally positioned across ground and first floors, this attractive home is offered in great decorative order throughout.

You are welcomed by two decent sized receptions, allowing flexibility for dining, lounging and entertaining space. An attractively tiled kitchen sits off the rear reception, overlooking the garden.

This is equipped with gas hobs, W/M, microwave and integrated fridge freezer, complimented by cream coloured cabinetry and sleek wooden worktops.

On the upper floor lies two well-proportioned double bedrooms, with the family bathroom accessed to the rear, via the master, although please be reassured for the sharers amongst you, there is also a separate wash basin and toilet in the other bedroom.

The main bathroom has been tiled beautifully and contains a modern suite with shower above bath.

Further benefits of this lovely home include wooden flooring, recent installed eco double glazing by Linear and high ceilings.

Finally, the sizeable patio garden to the rear is a significant bonus for the warmer months. It also grants you access to an outside toilet and wash basin located in the basement.

Mayfield Road itself is a sought after and quiet locale, under 15 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road for Victoria and Suffragette Lines.

Available for immediate long let, this delightful property is offered mostly furnished but tenants will need to provide their own mattresses.

Please note - the lease has a restrictive covenant against use of the basement (bar access to the additional basement WC from the garden) and attic spaces due to Landlords storage.

It is unlikely access will be needed during tenancy, however if so, tenants will be provided the requisite notice and all steps will be taken to inconvenience tenants to an absolute minimum.
