39, Lancaster Road, London, W11 1QJ

This wonderful home spans over four floors and offers very well laid out accommodation that will suit a family perfectly.

Retaining period facades such as the elegant cornicing and ceiling roses, the interior design incorporates modern details such as a double-height void over the living space, exposed brick wall, modern marble kitchen, large picture windows, and a sliding glass door leading onto the garden.

Behind the colourful and quintessentially Notting Hill facade, this property boasts 3,051 sq ft of living space.

The house has an extremely spacious feeling, with abundant natural light and multiple outdoor spaces including the garden, which is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, balconies and a roof terrace.

There is a dumbwaiter between the kitchen and sitting room on the raised ground floor, allowing food and drinks to be easily transported to the dining and living area on the lower ground floor, which leads out onto the garden.

The principal bedroom suite occupies the whole of the first floor, with a large double walk-in wardrobe and beautiful primary bathroom, complete with rainfall shower and freestanding tub in front of French doors that lead onto a private balcony.

Three further bedrooms are situated on the second floor.

A guest bedroom leads onto it's own en-suite shower room with pitched roof and skylight, and the childrens' bedrooms share a family bathroom on the landing.

A study space leads out onto the roof terrace, with views across Notting Hill.

Lancaster Road is ideally situated just off of Portobello Road, and in close proximity to Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove, with a multitude of wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance.
