5 Gills Mews, Wood Street Collection, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 2HW

Tucked within the cultural heart of Wakefield’s evolving Civic Quarter, Gills Mews introduces a newly released collection of beautifully crafted contemporary townhouses at the acclaimed Wood Street Collection.

Defined by bold architecture, refined interiors and an unmistakably creative atmosphere, these exceptional homes have been designed for those who value space, light and thoughtful design as much as location and connectivity.

Arranged across multiple levels, each townhouse offers expansive open-plan living spaces, elegant contemporary kitchens, beautifully considered detailing and private outdoor areas, creating homes that feel both sophisticated and effortlessly liveable.

Large format glazing and carefully curated materials bring warmth, texture and natural light throughout.

More than simply a residential development, Wood Street Collection is emerging as one of Yorkshire’s most exciting creative neighbourhoods, moments from independent cafés, galleries, restaurants and cultural institutions including The Hepworth Wakefield and Tileyard North.

Wakefield Westgate station is just a short walk away, offering direct connections to Leeds and London, making Gills Mews equally suited to commuters, creatives and those seeking a more design conscious way of living outside the capital.

This newly released phase presents a rare opportunity to own a distinctive modern home within a characterful and culturally connected setting. Show home available to view. Call Now!
