11 Hall Drive, Ealing, W7 1AB

What the owners love: This house is located in a quiet and residential location with easy access to Elizabeth Line, buses to Ealing Broadway/West Ealing and beyond.

Parking can easily be found in Wescott Crescent Road too. Hanwell has seen a lot of changes recently with a fabulous new wine bar, bakery and coffee shop down the road.

The outstanding French school is also within 5-min walk. The light and quietness of this house made us feel in love with the space.

We refurbished the house with an architect to get the most out of it and make a family cocoon.

Now, the house got plenty of light even on a rainy day and the view to the garden from the sofa is so relaxing. On a sunny day, Brent river walk nearby with Hanwell zoo is a must.

Why we'd buy this home: Walk through the door and you’re immediately embraced by the extraordinary light, quietness, luxuriously designed space - architectural refurbishment, done with genuine thought, has coaxed the interior to feel generous and calm.

The extended, cleverly designed kitchen is complete with a beautiful island, deep cupboards, utility area and coffee station, all neatly tucked away and hidden behind high-end bespoke joinery - the sort of space that makes meal-times feel like ritual rather than routine.

This ground floor area is truly the beating heart of the home - versatile, cosy and atmospheric, with ample space for living, socialising and dining.

From a practical and future-focused perspective, it’s a freehold home with two genuine double bedrooms, no immediate work required, and potential to extend into the loft (STPP).

The house is set on a tree-lined pedestrianised street where no traffic rushes past your door, creating a real sense of serenity. The garden is long, sunny, lawned, and utterly inviting.

A place for al fresco dinners, weekend ball games, or morning coffee.

Beyond the garden, this area boasts an array of wonderful parks, green spaces and riverside spots - perfect for picnics in the summer, brisk walks in the winter and kicking through the leaves in autumn.

The location also possesses a tangible community vibe and fantastic local amenities, including independent bakeries, restaurants, shops and coffee houses, and several school options (including a highly regarded French school within a short stroll).

And there's the exceptional transport links - an Elizabeth Line journey is a relative magic carpet ride for commuters!

This new, super-fast, air-conditioned tube line provides easy access into town, the airport and beyond. It's simply a game-changer.

In summary, this wonderful home offers a rare balance of soul, calm, convenience and quality, ready to enjoy immediately, yet flexible enough to adapt as needs change over time.
