We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Description Overlooking the leafy tree canopies of Hyde Park, this three-bedroom apartment in Knightsbridge occupies the sixth floor of the sought-after South Lodge, enjoying panoramic rooftop views and generous proportions in one of London's most prestigious neighbourhoods.
Extending to approximately 1,841 sq ft, the apartment has been thoughtfully arranged around an impressive reception and dining room spanning over 33 feet.
Framed by wide bay windows on three sides, the space is flooded with natural light throughout the day while an elevated outlook across the surrounding rooftops and mature trees creates an unexpectedly peaceful backdrop.
Large enough to accommodate both formal entertaining and relaxed family living, it forms the heart of the home.
The separate kitchen sits adjacent to the reception room and offers ample cabinetry and workspace, with scope for redesign to suit contemporary tastes.
A central hallway leads to three well-proportioned double bedrooms, all benefitting from extensive built-in wardrobes.
The principal suite enjoys direct access to a private balcony overlooking the leafy surroundings and is served by an ensuite shower room; a spacious family bathroom and separate guest cloakroom complete the accommodation.
There is also an underground parking space within the building.
While impeccably maintained, the apartment is the perfect blank canvas, presenting an excellent opportunity for an incoming owner to create a bespoke residence tailored to their own style.
South Lodge is a long-established portered building with 24-hour concierge service, set moments from Hyde Park and the world-class shopping, dining and cultural attractions of Knightsbridge.
Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the boutiques of Sloane Street are all within easy reach, while nearby South Kensington offers an exceptional collection of museums, cafés and restaurants.
Excellent transport links include Knightsbridge and South Kensington Underground stations, providing swift access across London.
