14, Old Cheltenham Road, Gloucester, GL2 0AW

This well presented semi-detached property offers generous amounts of living space, as well as three double bedrooms and a garden office.

This property is well laid out, with three separate reception rooms downstairs, including a lovely conservatory with striking patterned glass roof.

The kitchen is sleek and modern, with a built-in oven and dedicated space for a fridge-freezer, and opens out onto a rear corridor providing clever space for a washing machine.

There is also a large wet room downstairs. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, with high quality built in wardrobes in the master. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower.

Outside you'll find parking for two cars to the front, and a low maintenance garden to the rear. The garden is a great size, and offers a lot of privacy.

Just outside the conservatory is a patio, leading onto a section of lawn bordered by mature shrubs.

In the centre of the garden is a home office cabin, fully insulated with power and lighting, with potential for a wide variety of uses. Behind the cabin is a peaceful gravelled area and garden shed.

The garden also benefits from side access.

The current owners have kept the property well maintained in the time they have owned it, replacing and upgrading many elements, including the guttering and external masonry features.

In an enviable location, the property is within easy reach of Longlevens Infant School, Longlevens Junior School and Sir Thomas Rich's grammar school, as well as the library, community centre, several takeaways and small supermarkets, the vets and the King Edward pub.

Convenient for both commuters and those relying on public transport, you can be at a bus stop within minutes with regular buses into the City centre, and you can be on the M5 within five minutes.

This property is ideal for families and viewings as highly recommended!
