Apartment 522, Wicker Riverside, 2 North Bank, S3 8JA

A modern one double bedroom apartment which is situated in this massively undervalued area.

The Wicker has recently seen a huge amount of regeneration which has brought a number of independent businesses to the area and the feeling of regentrification is well under way.

This riverside apartment is located on the north bank and the block has had some serious improvements in the last year to include the removal of the original cladding which has now enabled the property to have the necessary insurance and HWS1 safety certificates for mortgage lending.

This is an absolute steal at this price and a great place to invest for future returns.

A fifth floor, modern one double bedroom apartment with lovely views over the River Don, ideal for a couple, investor or single occupancy.

The property has modern fixtures and fittings in all the right places and, due to the recent renovations, to remove the original cladding the apartments now have full buildings insurance and therefore no issues with mortgage lending, making it a great buy at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

'The Wicker' is seriously undervalued, having recently had a huge injection of money spent on its regeneration which has brought in new businesses the feeling of regentrification is well under way and this is a great place for future investment.

Its position, on the edge of the vibrant and much sought after Kelham Island is also a massive draw to this apartment.

Kelham is regularly mentioned as one of the countries most desirable places to live with its eclectic mix of past industry and modern, trendy bars making it a lively and fashionable place to live.

The city centre is accessible within a short walk and commuters out of town will also appreciate the close proximity of the train station and Parkway that provides links to the M1 motorway corridor.

This really is a super apartment that will be sure to impress.
