The Elms Retirement Park – Lincolnshire, LN1 2EH

Built to Residential Standards: All of our park homes and luxury lodges are built to BS 3632, the recognised residential standard for park homes.

This means homes designed for year-round living, with strong energy efficiency and modern construction throughout.

New homes also come with a 10-year GoldShield structural warranty, giving added confidence from day one.

Understanding Ongoing Costs: At The Elms, homeowners pay a monthly pitch fee, which covers the right to keep your home on its plot along with the upkeep of communal areas, roads and shared services such as street lighting.

As with any home, you will also need to budget for utilities and services, including gas and electricity, water, telephone line, broadband and satellite TV where required.

Part Exchange Made Simple: If you have a property to sell, our part exchange scheme removes the uncertainty and delays of traditional property chains.

We manage the process for you, helping you move sooner and with less stress. If your current home is worth more than your new park home, the difference is paid directly to you on completion.

We also cover the associated costs, and there is no stamp duty to pay on park homes.
