The utility room has a stainless steel sink unit, base cupboards and a wall cabinet with corner shelving.

The cloakroom has a low flush WC, a wall mounted wash hand basin, with tiled surround, and an obscure double glazed window.

Both the bedrooms are doubles and have picture rails, tiled fireplaces , built in cupboards/wardrobes, radiators and double glazed windows.

The bathroom had a timber panelled bath with tiled surrounds and a shower attachment over, a vanity sink unit, a medium flush WC a radiator and an obscure double glazed window.

The highlight of this property are undoubtedly the extensive gardens which add to the scope for development. The garage and driveway also allow for off road parking.

While the bungalow does require modernisation, it offers a rewarding opportunity for someone wanting a forever home on a large plot or an investment project.
