Poplar Dock Marina, Boardwalk Place, London, E14 5SH

Brickworks says With interiors by Daniel Higgins Making and Lindon Lewis Marine, The Monica Mabel is a two-bedroom widebeam that brings together thoughtful design, generous proportions and the freedom of life on the water.

Created with live/work flexibility in mind, it offers expansive views, plenty of natural light and a layout that feels considered rather than compromised.

A restrained, Scandinavian-inspired palette sits alongside timber textures throughout the open-plan living, dining and galley space.

The kitchen features integrated Custom Fronts cabinetry, a larger-than-average oven and ample space for gathering around the saloon. On warmer days, life naturally extends onto the large stern deck.

Life at Poplar Dock offers a different perspective on Canary Wharf.

The marina has a calm, tucked-away feel, yet the restaurants, cafés, cultural venues and conveniences of the area are all close at hand.

Waterside walks connect the neighbourhood, while the Jubilee line is around a 10-minute walk away, providing swift access to the West End, London Bridge and beyond.

The owner says I've loved the quiet and peaceful open space, flooded with lots of natural light. The Monica Mabel has been my calm haven for six years.

I’m alway so happy when I open her hatch doors and walk inside. I breathe deeply, and know i’m safe and can recharge for the next day.
