About
Why Buy This Home... As you arrive at this charming family home, the first thing you’ll notice is the excellent kerb appeal, closely followed by its enviable location.
This is a property that already offers so much, while also presenting a fantastic opportunity for buyers to modernise and truly make it their own. Step inside to a generous entrance hallway.
To the right is a convenient downstairs W/C, ideal for families with both younger and older members. To the left sits the kitchen, which is typical of homes of this era with its galley-style layout.
For those looking ahead, there is clear potential to open this space into the dining room, creating the large open-plan kitchen/diner that many modern families now look for.
This work can easily be carried out over time, as the kitchen is perfectly functional as it stands. From here, there is also access to the garden and the double garage.
The double garage benefits from an electric door, offering easy parking and excellent storage, and also provides further scope for re-purposing if desired, subject to the usual consents.
Back in the hallway, the living room sits on the right-hand side and is a fantastic size for family life.
There is plenty of space for comfortable seating, making it ideal for everyday living, family movie nights or entertaining friends.
With a bay window at one end and French doors opening onto the garden at the other, natural light fills the room and creates a bright, welcoming space for everyone to enjoy.
Outside, the garden is a great size, but it’s the outlook that really elevates this home.
The rolling fields beyond provide a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility, making this an ideal setting for anyone looking to create their long-term family home.
Upstairs, you’ll find four comfortable and thoughtfully arranged bedrooms.
To the left is the second bedroom, offering enough space for a king-size bed along with essential furniture, and complemented by a handy storage cupboard, ideal for an older child wanting a space of their own.
The fourth bedroom is a well-proportioned single, perfect as a child’s room, nursery, or a practical home office.
The third bedroom is a bright double overlooking the rear garden and open fields, creating a calm and pleasant outlook.
The principal bedroom also enjoys these attractive views, allowing you to wake up to a peaceful setting each morning.
Complete with built-in double wardrobes and its own ensuite, it provides a comfortable and private retreat at the end of the day.
A family bathroom completes the upstairs, conveniently positioned to serve the remaining bedrooms.
Parking is provided with two side-by-side spaces and a double garage, along with additional visitor parking available.

Newton Longville is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority area of Buckinghamshire. The village is about 2 miles (3 km) south-west of Bletchley.
The main industry in the village between 1847 and 1991 was brick making.
The village had a large brick factory, originally belonging to the Read family, becoming the Bletchley Brick company in 1923, and then taken over by the London Brick Company (lbc) in 1929.
The works made Fletton bricks and distributed them all over the country. It was closed in November 1991 after Hanson Trust bought the London Brick Company.
Newton Longville Church of England Combined School is a mixed, voluntary controlled primary school, that takes children between the ages of four and eleven. It has slightly over 200 pupils.
