Flourishing with character and beautifully presented throughout, this delightful period home showcases a wealth of original features, including exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, traditional latch-key doors, charming leaded lattice windows and exposed brickwork.

Thoughtfully enhanced by the current owner, the cottage perfectly balances its historic charm with tasteful modern updates.

The front door opens into a welcoming entrance lobby, leading directly into the beautifully appointed solid wood kitchen.

Recently refreshed with soft pale-painted cabinetry, the kitchen is fitted with an integrated fridge and dishwasher, a classic butler sink and a double range cooker, creating a warm and inviting heart to the home.

Adjoining the kitchen is a practical utility area alongside a well-appointed ground floor bathroom.

From here, the accommodation continues into the cosy sitting room, before returning to the entrance lobby, creating a wonderfully sociable and seamless circular layout throughout the ground floor.

Upstairs, three well-proportioned bedrooms continue the home’s period appeal.

The principal bedroom enjoys a striking vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and dual-aspect windows, creating a wonderfully light and airy retreat.

A second generous double bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room, whilst the third bedroom provides flexible accommodation for guests, family or a home office.

Outside: The charming cottage garden has been thoughtfully landscaped to provide a peaceful setting.

Established hedging, mature shrubs, colourful planted borders, young trees and a neatly maintained lawn combine to create an idyllic outdoor space.

A detached garage offers excellent storage and presents exciting potential for conversion into a self-contained annexe or studio, subject to the necessary planning permissions.

A private driveway to the front provides convenient off-road parking.
