Allen Way, Shinfield Meadows, RG2 9RB

Owners Comments… This was our first house together and the place we will always remember as our home when we got our first dog, engaged, married and found out we were having our first baby.

We’ve loved everything about living here and it’s been perfect for us starting our life together.

For a 2 bedroom house all rooms are generous in size with plenty of storage upstairs and down - we especially love the kitchen and dining space which is perfect for entertaining.

The ample space in the second bedroom has meant we can use it as an office whilst still being able to have a space for guests to stay.

Everything you can need is on our doorstop with local shops, great pubs and lovely green space for dog walks.

We’ve loved everything about living here and it will always hold a special place in our heart - we hope the next owners love it here as much as we have and make more happy memories in this great home.

Dan & Neil Estate Agents’ comments… Tucked away in the ever popular Shinfield Meadows, this Bovis-built home in the sought after Holly design is a real little gem.

It offers two big double bedrooms and a layout that just works for modern living, plus two parking spaces right at the front for everyday convenience.

Step inside and you’re welcomed by a nice entrance hall, which leads straight through to a cosy lounge at the front of the house.

From here, the space opens up beautifully into a huge kitchen/diner at the back, finished tastefully by the current owners and packed with plenty of storage.

It’s a brilliant space for cooking, hosting, or just hanging out, and the kitchen opens directly onto the garden, making indoor outdoor living a breeze. There’s also a handy downstairs W.C.

to tick another box. Upstairs, you’ll find two huge double bedrooms.

Bedroom two at the front comes with fitted storage along one full side, while bedroom one at the back enjoys the luxury of its own en-suite.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, downsizer, or investor, this home is tucked away, well designed, and ready to be enjoyed.
