We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
This ground floor 1 bedroom retirement apartment becomes available in the very popular over 60's development in central Ringmer.
Located in the favoured West building of Delves House in Ringmer Village and set within a part like setting, with established gardens and pond, it is an idyllic setting to enjoy a quieter part of one’s life.
Designed specifically for the over 60's, the development offers communal living rooms and activities, in addition to the privacy that one can, if wanted, yet within their own apartment.
This particular flat has a passenger lift within the building although this apartment is on the ground floor.
The property features a modern fitted kitchen with sitting room, bathroom/wc and electric heating. The bedroom has built in wardrobes. There is communal parking within the development.
Ringmer Village is a sought-after place to live for many reasons.
It is just outside the County Town of Lewes and offers far more space for families to live and work without the cramped feel sometimes experienced in Town.
It is the perfect balance between work and home life.
The cricket club play on The Green most weekends in the summer months and the newly developed County League Football Club are now at their new home during the Winter.
There is a great bowls club, Library, Surgery and a vibrant parade of shops with a Bakers, Butchers, General Store, Cafe, Fish and Chip shop whom serve the local community.
Lewes has a wider range of shops, bars and cafes as well as Waitrose and Tesco and a small retail industrial estate.
There is a mainline railway station with regular services to London Victoria in about 1 hour away, with Brighton being about 20 minutes away.
