Garrick Road, Hendon, NW9 6AQ

Introducing an exciting new residential development by Garrick Developments, offering a collection of thoughtfully designed new-build homes in Hendon.

Created with modern London living in mind, the development combines contemporary architecture with a distinctive nature-inspired interior aesthetic, using warm timber finishes, soft neutral tones, natural textures and greenery to create homes that feel calm, sophisticated and full of character.

Each apartment has been designed around comfortable everyday living, with bright open-plan kitchen, dining and reception spaces complemented by contemporary fitted kitchens, integrated appliances and carefully considered storage.

Generous windows maximise natural light, while private balconies provide additional outdoor space with views across the surrounding leafy residential neighbourhoods of Hendon.

Residents will benefit from an impressive range of amenities, including a dedicated concierge service and a large, fully equipped residents’ gym.

The communal areas continue the natural design language found throughout the apartments, combining warm materials, planting and refined finishes to create an inviting environment from the moment residents enter the development.

Positioned within Hendon, the development offers a balance between residential surroundings and convenient access to local shops, amenities and transport connections into wider London.

Developed by Garrick Developments, the scheme is currently anticipated to complete in Q3 2030, presenting an opportunity for buyers and investors to secure a brand-new home within an increasingly well-connected part of North West London.
