Sunnyholme features characterful accommodation, including a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom, four double bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, and a family bathroom.

There is driveway parking, a detached garage, and an exceptionally private rear walled garden with a summer house, fully fitted for home office use.

Accommodation Sunnyholme is an attractive blue Lias stone property, built in the early 1800s and set back from the village lane behind a low stone wall and laurel hedgerow.

The cottage has a slate tiled roof, stone mullions, dressed stone quoins and a timber-style composite front door set within a substantial dressed stone doorcase.

The front door leads to an inner hall with the staircase directly ahead and a reception room to either side.

On the right-hand side, the sitting room is a spacious family room with a Jetmaster fire and a dual aspect.

Opposite, there is a dining room which has lovely exposed stonework, French doors leading out to the garden and another Jetmaster fire.

In addition, there is a large storage cupboard beneath the stairs which houses the gas-fired central heating boiler.

The dining room flows easily into the kitchen adjacent, which has room for a breakfast table, making it another sociable family-oriented space.

There are a number of features, including a stone archway, a stable-style door into the garden, and stone floor tiles which continue in from the dining room.

The kitchen itself has a good range of fitted units with oak worktops and a gas-fired range cooker.

Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a utility room with a butler's sink, a toilet and plumbing for white goods.

Upstairs, there are four spacious double bedrooms, of which two have built-in wardrobes, and all four have newly fitted window shutters. The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.

There is a sympathetically re-fitted family bathroom too, which has wood panelling, a cabinet inset basin, toilet and a shower above the bath with a rainfall style shower-head.

Outside To the side of the house, there is a driveway for off-street parking which leads up to a detached double garage.

The garden is fully walled and enjoys complete privacy and security, making it an ideal space for children and pets to play within.

The garden itself has a lawned area, flower borders and a sheltered seating terrace immediately behind the house.

There is a summer house which the current owners have converted into a work-from-home space with internet and lighting. Further privacy is added by laurel shrubs and a high hedgerow.

For garden storage, there is a neatly positioned shed. About the area Evercreech is pleasantly situated in beautiful countryside away from but within easy reach of major roads.
