(WEB Plot 1 Coombe Farm) 94 Westfield Avenue North, Saltdean, East Sussex, BN2 8HZ

5 Bed New Build Detached Houses, With A Flexible Layout, Front & Back Garden And Driveway. At Coombe Farm, life flows a little more easily.

These are homes that feel generous whilst understated, where open-plan spaces bring everyone together and clever layouts offer room to grow, host and breathe.

Mornings begin with breakfast in sunlit kitchens with warm oak flooring underfoot, and the day stretching out beyond French doors into your own private garden.

Kitchens are beautifully finished in a deep Marine blue, with quartz worktops, bronze mirrored splashbacks and integrated Bosch appliances.

With timeless shaker-style cabinetry and a Quooker boiling water tap, everything has been considered, not just for show, but for real-life ease and beauty.

Whether it's a quick cup of tea or a home-cooked feast, these kitchens are the heart of the home.

Living areas are designed to evolve with your needs, spaces that can host birthday parties one day and a quiet film night the next.

For some homes, a separate living room provides valuable flexibility: A space to work from home, accommodate guests or create a fifth bedroom as life shifts.

Every detail, from soft carpeting in the bedrooms to contemporary brassware in the bathrooms, has been chosen with comfort and character in mind.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom is a quiet sanctuary with its own en-suite with walk-in shower and fitted wardrobe.

The family bathroom is sleek and tactile, with full-sized bath and shower over, finished in neutral tones for a spa-like feel.

With 1,480 square feet of living space across each home, you’ll have all the room you need to live and grow.

Outside, the wider development has been thoughtfully shaped to foster a sense of connection, not just to your neighbours, but to the land itself. Wildflower meadows bloom in shared green spaces.

Children explore a natural play area, while EV parking, bee bricks and bird boxes create a place that welcomes the future as much as the present.

Step out your door and you’re on the edge of the South Downs, where space opens up for adventures, dog walks, or a quiet moment at golden hour.

Coombe Farm is just minutes from the heart of Saltdean, where you’ll find independent cafés, Saltdean Lido and a much-loved local high street.

And with Brighton and Rottingdean close by, excellent schools within easy reach, and the sea never far from sight, you’re perfectly placed for a life that balances calm, community and connection.

Properties purchased at Coombe Farm are eligible to receive: • Local bus travel passes/voucher to a maximum value of £200 per household or; • A voucher for £200 to be redeemed against the purchase of a bicycle.

Location Step outside and you’ll find that nature is never far.

The South Downs are right on your doorstep, offering endless space to explore, whether it’s early morning runs, family adventures, or peaceful walks as the sun sets over the hills.

The landscaped common at the centre of the development has been designed to bring people together, with a natural play area, wildflower meadow and places to meet, rest and reconnect.

Close by, Saltdean Lido offers swimming, classes, cinema nights and café culture, while the nearby high street provides all the essentials, from the Co-op and post office to cafés and takeaways.

With great schools close by, good transport links to Brighton, and a strong sense of community, Coombe Farm is a place to put down roots and truly feel at home.
