"We've loved living here due to the friendly community, it's also quiet and green with gorgeous places to walk in the woods and the river and yet less than 10 mins to Clifton." The Home Dating from 1892, this beautifully considered Victorian terrace strikes a wonderful balance between period character and contemporary living.

From the moment you step through the front door, there is a sense of a home that has been carefully curated over time, where original features sit comfortably alongside thoughtful modern interventions.

The entrance hall sets the tone, with intricate stained glass casting coloured light across the tiled floor, while the generous proportions and ceiling heights characteristic of the period continue throughout the house.

The ground floor unfolds with an easy sense of flow.

To the front, the sitting room is bathed in warm west-facing light, creating a bright and uplifting space that changes beautifully throughout the day.

Beyond, a second reception offers a more intimate atmosphere; a cosy retreat that lends itself equally well to evenings with a book as it does to family life.

At the rear, the house opens into a striking kitchen and dining space that has transformed the way the home is lived in.

A large rooflight draws natural light deep into the plan, while French doors create a strong connection to the garden beyond.

The result is a room that feels both spacious and grounded, somewhere that naturally becomes the backdrop to everyday life, from slow breakfasts to evenings spent entertaining friends.

The kitchen itself has been recently fitted and thoughtfully designed, centred around a generous semi-island that encourages conversation and gathering.

Contemporary vertical radiators add a subtle architectural touch, while a separate utility room keeps the practicalities of daily life neatly tucked away.

Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms are arranged around a central landing, each offering flexibility for growing families, guests or home working.

The WC brings a playful sense of personality to the home, finished with beautiful green tiling that adds both texture and warmth.

At the top of the house, a loft room provides an inspiring additional space.

Filled with natural light and enjoying a sense of separation from the rest of the home, it currently serves as a creative workspace, although its versatility leaves plenty of scope for future owners.

Bespoke shelving, handcrafted by a local carpenter, speaks to the level of thought that has gone into the home as a whole, while excellent storage has been carefully integrated throughout.

There is a confidence to the interiors that never feels overstated.

Original features, carefully chosen colours and considered craftsmanship combine to create a home that feels individual, welcoming and deeply comfortable to live in.

Outside The garden continues the same thoughtful approach found inside.

A paved terrace immediately outside the house provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee or evenings spent with friends, while the remainder of the garden feels wonderfully private and enclosed.

Mature planting and a sense of seclusion create a calm backdrop to daily life, offering a welcome escape from the pace of the city.

Rear lane access adds a further layer of practicality and flexibility, with the option of parking to the rear if desired.

Rich in character yet beautifully equipped for modern living, this is a home that feels both established and evolving a place where period architecture, thoughtful design and everyday functionality come together with remarkable ease.
