Energy Rating: Pending Situation Coalport is a delightful small village community nestling in the Severn Gorge adjoining the River Severn; the area was at the heart of the Industrial Revolution and is steeped in heritage with the Ironbridge Gorge and museums forming part of the unesco World Heritage Site and being a premier tourist area.

The world’s first iron bridge constructed in 1779 is some two miles to the west and Telford town centre with its excellent range of facilities, including the railway station and access to the M54, is some five miles to the north.

Coalport is understood to have been the creation of William Reynolds, one of the 18th century Shropshire iron makers and was the home of the Coalport China Works which was world renowned for its production of china and decorative tiles.

Reynolds Wharf is a prestigious development in an idyllic riverside setting close to the Coalport China Museum; the development includes the sympathetic conversion of some of the original 19th century Coalport China factory buildings together with built detached and three storey mews properties and apartments.

The Property Constructed around 2002 by Shropshire Homes, this impressive residence offers generous and versatile accommodation arranged over three floors.

The first floor offers a light-filled and spacious living room with doors opening onto a balcony, enjoying delightful views over the garden and River Severn.

Also on this level is a bedroom and a beautifully refitted family bathroom featuring a stylish period-style suite, roll-top bath and high-flush WC.

The top floor comprises three further bedrooms, including the principal bedroom which benefits from a contemporary en-suite shower room/WC.

Outside The property enjoys a stunning landscaped rear garden with riverside views, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting.
