Additional Information Between March 2010 and August 2012, the property underwent an extensive programme of renovation and improvement.

Works included the roof being stripped, the installation of new dormers, new felt, insulation and replacement roof tiles, together with repointing of the exterior.

A damp proof course was also installed during this renovation programme.

Internally, the walls and ceilings were stripped back and re-plastered, while retaining the property's original character features where possible.

New windows and doors were installed throughout, along with a complete rewire and new plumbing. The boiler was replaced approximately two years ago.
