Sunnybank, Tarporley, CW6 0EG

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman Located on the principal road that links Tarporley and Chester is this striking double fronted detached home set in 0.18 acre, complete with a beautifully finished self contained barn annex.

What a fine looking home this is! A triumph of traditional character and understated modern luxury, you will love this house the moment you set through the door.

Having undergone a comprehensive programme of high specification refurbishment and investment in recent years, the home extends to 2,056 sq ft of exceptionally presented living space.

Complemented by a versatile, high quality detached barn conversion annexe, a gated driveway, detached double garage, and private landscaped grounds, this property offers a rare turn key lifestyle opportunity in one of Cheshire’s most convenient locations, situated two miles from the Georgian village of Tarporley and nine miles from Chester City Centre.

Inside, every room has been meticulously styled to retain its unique character while delivering every modern elegance and practicality.

On the ground floor, two generously proportioned reception rooms provide distinct spaces for formal entertaining and cozy family relaxation, both rich in architectural charm and natural light.

At the heart of the home is a high quality, custom-fitted kitchen, combining refined cabinetry, premium finishes, and logical workflow for those who enjoy cooking, baking or making a good coffee - flat white for me please!

A practical, tastefully appointed utility space and ground floor cloakroom keep daily laundry and storage tucked neatly away.

Moving to the upper floors, two exceptional double bedrooms sit to the front of the property, each featuring impressive bay windows framing far-reaching countryside views.

A well proportioned third double bedroom measures an impressive 12'1" x 12'1", offering flexible placement for family or guests.

The main bathroom is surprisingly large, finished with luxury fixtures to offer a serene space to unwind.

Crowning the home on the second floor is a dedicated, stylishly equipped dressing room, adding a layer of boutique luxury to the accommodation.

A standout feature of the property is the aforementioned independent, detached barn conversion.

Refurbished with the same meticulous attention to detail as the main house, this self contained dwelling provides exceptional flexibility.

Whether utilised as guest quarters for visiting family and friends, an independent suite for a multi generational living concept, or a private residence for adult children saving for their first home, the accommodation includes a light filled, open plan kitchen and living room, a modern fitted bathroom, and dedicated store space on the ground floor.

On the first floor is a double bedroom. Set behind private gates, the property sits centrally within a private, fully enclosed 0.18-acre plot.

The grounds are meticulously landscaped to provide secure, child and pet friendly lawns alongside quiet patio areas for alfresco dining.

A secure gated driveway provides ample off road parking, leading to a substantial detached double garage.
