Your data and privacy

Download your own lists, ask for a full copy of your data and see how long it is kept.

Get your data

    Download your lists

    Select "Export CSV" on Saved, in a scanner's Search tools, in the My Deals toolbar menu, or on the Portfolio assets table.

    Ask for a full copy

    Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Protection Request". You can ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction, deletion or your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

    Wait for the reply

    We respond within one month.

  4. 4

    Choose what we send you

    Open Settings, then the Alerts tab, to switch off emails such as "Tips & product news". This never affects your deal alerts.

How long we keep data

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run your account and meet our legal duties. If you delete your account, we remove your personal details and keep only the financial records the law requires, without your name or contact details.
