What Starter, Pro and Max include, what they cost, and how to change or cancel.

Plans and prices
Starter is £29 a month or £290 a year, with no free trial. Pro is £59 a month or £490 a year. Max is £99 a month or £990 a year. Pro and Max start with a 7-day free trial, and your card is charged when it ends unless you cancel.
Annual billing costs less than twelve monthly payments. The saving differs by plan.
What each plan includes
Starter: 1 scanner, 25 saved properties, 3 deals in My Deals, 30 Archie questions a month, and 5 comparables, 5 valuations and 5 imports a month.
Pro and Max: up to 50 scanners, no limit on saves, deals, Archie, comparables, valuations or imports, plus Portfolio, Off-Market Leads, investor packs, letters, Market Intelligence and WhatsApp alerts. Pro lists one live deal off-market.
Max adds unlimited off-market listings, your own website with deal rooms, and three times the refurb estimate and reimagine quotas.
Manage your plan

Open Billing
Open More, then Profile Settings, then the Billing tab.

Change plan
Select "Change plan" to move between Starter, Pro and Max.

Update your card or download invoices
Select "Manage billing" to update your card. Invoices are listed on the same tab.

Cancel
Select "Cancel subscription". Billing stops and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your saved properties, scanners and pipeline stay on your account if you come back.
