Delete your account

    Keep what you need

    Export your lists first. See Your data and privacy.

    Open Profile Settings

    Open More, then Profile Settings. On the web, open the Profile tab.

    Cancel a live subscription first

    If you pay for a plan, select "Cancel subscription" and answer the short question. "Delete account" is available once it is cancelled.

    Confirm

    Select "Delete account", type your email address, then select "Delete my account". You are signed out.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Any subscription is cancelled, your name, email address and sign-in are removed, and so are your saved properties, saved searches and alerts.

Prop AI Deals keeps invoice and payment records for as long as the law requires, including UK tax and accounting rules. On our systems they are kept against an anonymised account record, not your name or email address. Stripe, our payment provider, also keeps its own invoice records.
